Our Story

Founded in 2006, Jaya Bintang Sdn Bhd is built upon the expertise of an experienced team led by our Director, Mr. Daniel Wong. He made his foray into the construction industry through renovation projects of residential properties, which gradually expanded to commercial and industrial buildings as well as infrastructure construction and engineering services.

 

Today, we provide solutions to various segments including turnkey construction, renovation, infrastructure works, civil engineering, structural steel works, project management and consultancy.

 

We pride ourselves in following a proven methodology of getting the job done within the stipulated timeframe and budget, and in accordance with building codes and authorised permitting requirements.

We are recognised for our sterling track record of delivering results and standing behind our word. Our combination of using modern construction methods and applying a value-based approach underlines our commitment to becoming a trusted and reliable partner in all construction projects that we undertake.

 

Jaya Bintang is a G7-licensed construction company, the highest grade issued by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia, which allows us to undertake building and civil engineering construction and mechanical works projects of any size and value in Malaysia.

 

Apart from its construction arm, Jaya Bintang Group is the holding company of Jaya Bintang Tyre & Services, which provides automobile services, and Ooya Group, an international trading and exporting company for raw commodities.
